FB Strong, Day 3 complete

Just checking in for accountability.

as an addition to the cooldown because, man, my arms hurt. Neck and shoulders are still a bit tense, too.

I had to modify the side hip raises and did side crunches with leg lifts instead (thanks to a suggestion in a Facebook group. Thanks, Jennifer! https://bit.ly/2YMY81d)
