5 day Strong and Lean Challenge DAY 1

Always forget how hard this one is. And then there comes the single leg deadlifts! Ouch. How’s everyone’s workouts? Anyone else found themselves in a slump the last two months of the year? I went from working out five days a week until November hit and then it went to four, then three and then two. I find that if I don’t pre-planned the week that it actually keeps me from being successful in a way.
