Today was my #programcomplete for Low Impact! I'm so stoked that I finished this program... My fitness test results were minor gains, maybe, compared to some, but it blows my mind to see the results between March 4th and April 3rd. I'm getting stronger!
I'm waiting until Sunday to start FB30... I like how the calendar works, with Saturdays being the off day (since that's the day I'm never at home). I'll schedule some standalone work outs to do on Thursday/Friday!
I wanted to post my March check ins because I know in my heart that if it weren't for this group, my calendar wouldn't look like this! Thank you for being there, let's keep motivating each other to do well and get stronger!
