Your day is bound to be good if you get woken up by this little fellow (see pic)! He's a very early riser, but I cannot hold it against him (yet) :-D
On the workout front, I just completed FB Strong Day 10, involving one of my favorite FB workouts. Huffed and puffed and sweated through the burn, but held my (side-)planks with good form, and even got tempted and tried the jumping lunge rotations during HIIT. Jumping lunges tend to irritate my knee, so I avoid them, but so far so good, which is a great source of contentment in itself.
I'm enjoying Strong a lot and it's fun that so many others are tackling it too at the same time. Still early, but April feels pretty good :-)
