Repeating workouts and progress

I work out using fb 3-5 times a week, and I mix it up quite a bit with different strength routines. I don’t typically stay with the same thing week to week and I’m wondering if that is to my detriment. Would it be more beneficial to my progress if I stuck with the same routine for a few weeks before changing it up or does it make that much of a difference if I bounce around? And by bounce around, I mean I have never repeated any week of workouts at any point. Good, bad, or indifferent?
