Kinda discouraged

Hi everyone!

So recently I finally started to workout again (after taking a year off...) I have successfully finished abs1 and started abs2. The problem that I have is that I dont really see any changes😔. I have been watching what I eat, sometimes I do eat junk food, but for the most part I eat healthy.

My question is, how long did it take you to see results, and what foods to you recommend that I avoid to lose some weight?
