I was just wondering if you have a particular yoga/stretching routine that you've found to be good at relaxing sore muscles (lower body, specifically). I'm following one of the five day challenges and I am very sore from yesterday's HIIT & Strength workout. Tomorrow is a HIIT day again and I really don't want to do the easier versions to get a cardio routine instead of HIIT. I want to be able to safely push myself so I need to get rid of this soreness by tomorrow. I would also appreciate any advice not related to stretching. Thank you in advance !
