I sincerely wish I could have started day one on the 1st of April, but I've been fighting a cold and yesterday was a much needed rest day! A new program and month means new goals! Mine for April are to limit myself to 1 coffee out per week, workout 4 to 5 times a week, and eat as clean as I can. Also hoping to get out on the hike and bike trails with the hubby and son more often too!
