Bye bye March and hello April

Hello Blenders,

so I successfully completed LI in March and started Burn R1 today.

Overall I feel like I increased my strength and despite still having too much survival rings around my body I toned up a bit.

Today´s workout was really tough! By the end my coordination was really off doing plank jacks/taps and I nearly fell over stretching my legs ^^ But I felt really good afterwards :)

My goals for April are:

No alcohol

16 hour fasting window

5 workouts/week

keeping it lean, clean and green 80%

What are your goals for April?

Fingers crossed April will look just as good as March :-)
