We're a quarter of the way through - nice work!!
Just think: if we were doing a 4-week program, we'd be halfway already. I feel like we've barely started. We can do it!!
This week the structure's a bit different. HIIT + total body strength, cardio, HIIT + total body strength, recovery... All building up to our first 1000 calorie workout.
My week's a bit busy with other sports, but the 1000 cal workout is firmly scheduled for Saturday.
