I made it to my first weight loss goal!

20 lbs down, 31 lbs to go! I set a goal of making this year THE YEAR I actually lose the rest of the weight. Highest weight was around 230, right now I’m at 151 down 20 lbs since January 1 of this year. I love my work outs, but actually watching my calories has been the biggest key to finally losing the weight.

I tried eating intuitively last year and ended up gaining 20 lbs- so yeah right now I’m about where I was last year believe it or not. That doesn’t bother me at all because- as we all know scales don’t tell the whole truth- and I’m wearing clothes I NEVER fit into before, probably because I am chock full of muscle thanks to FB. Even though I picked a number goal, I’m just going to keep working and see where I feel comfortable. I just want a fit, healthy body the number doesn’t really matter.
