Day 1 of the JUMP challenge complete, with a lot of modifications to work around my healing thumb (pretend rope, dumbell and nothing putting weight on my left hand).
As I've been recovering for the last month (both physically and mentally) I hadn't pushed myself as much as usual. So I found today quite hard, but I'm now enjoying the feel good sensation of a good workout, even with the modifs. But the warm up and cool down were some of my favorites.
I'm look for Day 2, either tomorrow or Wednesday.
