Changing Palate - Healthy Breakfast

The words, “when I opened the fridge, the asparagus was staring at me, so we’re gonna have that for breakfast,” might scare some people, but with #chefinthemaking and my new palate, I knew I was gonna like it, so I just responded, “sounds great!”

Who am I?

Creamy polenta, poached egg, asparagus, kale, avocado, tomato, jalapeño, and scallions. So, so yummy!
