Low Impact Complete!

Yay! I just wanted to share my March with everyone, too. I did the whole Low Impact program with all the optional stretching. I felt like I needed a routine of working out, so I didn’t want to skip any days. And it’s okay, bc I didn’t need to. My body has more endurance and strength, and my flexibility and balance have improved! I feel strong enough to move on from low impact.

I’ll try the busy people 5-day challenge first and see where my body is. If I can handle it, I’ll be moving on to FB30~ woot woot!
