Proud of myself!

I’ve been failing at consistency for YEARS. I am happy with my weight but not my strength. I’m soooo weak! Like can not do one full push-up weak. I decided in February I would start super light and do FB reach. I enjoyed it a lot, and am much more flexible. It was time to get into building muscle! I had already purchased FB strong last year but only made it about 1 week then quit. This time I’m halfway done and I WILL finish!! Workout complete for March. 💪💪
