Workout Complete 31st of March

Behold, I'm already improvising ... FB Strong, day 2 is a 40 minute WO and I only had about 20 minutes to spare today. So I postponed that and chose this one instead: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-and-abs-workout-fat-burning-core-and-cardio-intervals

We had the birthday party for our son today, who had turned 8 last week. After an afternoon with more children than I could handle well (kudos to my husband who took them outside and kept them busy for most of the time) I felt like curling up in bed and kickboxing for hours on end at the same time.

This video is an old favourite, a keep-me-sane-pill, if you will.

I'm happy to say it hasn't failed me.
