Meat & Dairy

Hey guys,

I was just listening to one of the vlogs on clean eating and Daniel said we should consume meat and dairy "sparingly, if at all" without going into detail. I really like yoghurt, milk and stake (I consume the first two especially often, pretty much everyday, in fact) Do they elaborate on this in other videos? I am staying away from sweets and fast food but I have never even thought that meat or dairy products could be unhealthy.
