Putting on muscle using FB?

I’ve been working out with FB for almost two years and definitely have lost weight/gained muscle and strength.

I’m now wanting to focus on building more muscle, and like so many things health related, the internet is full of contradicting advice.

It does seem to me (after reading countless articles) the key to gaining mass is lifting at about 75% max and 10-15 reps but 3-5 sets.

FB tends to not do more than 2 sets for most workouts, and I’m wondering for those who have gained a good deal of mass if they’re had to incorporate additional reps, or have found following the FB videos as is has given you mass building results.
