FB30 R2 Day 11 Complete!

Sharing this here because no one else I know cares lol

I just finished week two of working out consistently which is huge for me! My school schedule seems to have me working out T,W, TH, S &S which I am okay with. Seems more manageable than working out 5 days in a row. I like the rest days being solo.

I feel like this time is different. This time I have fought through cramps, eaten way more healthy, and did some extra credit videos.

I know its only day 11 of the program, but I feel a lot better. I am convinced working out is the reason I haven't gotten this cold going through my house full on.

I'm kind of jealous people are starting FB Strong Monday. I want to join, but I really want to actually finish a program for once too! Maybe I'll join in the next time!

Also, spring is peaking its head out around Ohio and I can't wait to get back on the hike and bike trails!!!!!!
