Before during and current

So excited to see the changes through this whole process. I decided to make a change. I had been at my highest weight and was not working out at all. I started with #fblowimpact, then moved to #fb3R4 did that February and March. Yesterday was my 1st day if #FbStrong I’m so happy i stuck through it, I hope I can continue on to my 4th month and the rest of the year. So crazy how our bodies can adapt quickly to change. I feel so much better now, I have more energy and I just love myself more. Specially after seeing all that I am capable of. I’ve realized that making my health a priority equals a healthier, active, happier, peaceful me. Consistency is 🔑 👊🏼

Thank you Daniel and Kelli for offering these amazing work outs. This is the longest I’ve been able to maintain consistency , and now learning to eat healthier. Thank you so much!
