Building a habit

So this was March for me. I think it's the first time ever that I worked out 5 times a week for an entire month, so big accomplishment for me! Taking a step back and doing FB reach has really got me back on track :). I am now three weeks into FB booty and so far I love the program!

Unfortunately I'm still struggling a lot with a pinched nerve in my arm. So no upper body exercises at all and definitely no dumbbells... There's also something wrong in my foot since it started hurting a while back, and because of all the lower body work my knees have started complaining xD So I will cut out the jumps for a while and do some Pilates until my leg muscles are strong enough again to support my knees. It's pretty frustrating but I know I will only heal if I don't push myself too hard. A few months ago I would have quit working out completely but now I know the most important thing is that I keep doing what I can, however little that is!

Because life's a marathon not a sprint...
