A week off (flu). Low Impact Day 22 COMPLETE (almost there!)

I finally felt well enough to do a workout today!

I planned on starting Strong today, but was determined to see myself finish Low Impact, so I did Day 22 of it (the final week). Which was strength anyway!

One thing I realised is....if you delete a programme by mistake, you have no way of undoing that - which means you have to go in and put it back, then go and click all the days of workout completes/day completes in order to recognise that you would have completed it.

My arms were so dead from the workout that they were shaking doing it haha!
