EXHAUSTED muscles #WORKOUTCOMPLETE

Truthfully, I didn’t care for the total body which is why I left the last third of the HIIT-strength workout. The HIIT was quicker and more complicated than I personally cared for; I don’t like super novel moves as a preference and this workout is full of them. If you love novel out of the way moves, go for it! I’m just not there yet. As for the strength, I lift much heavier in my legs than arms so either upper or lower was sacrificing a good burn depending on the move. HOWEVER, if you’re looking to just get moving and to feel a little resistance. This would be perfect for those days.

Lunch was 2 mini burritos with a bean blend, egg, cheese, corn, and rice. Happy Monday, Blenders!
