I had to take a break from workouts for a month after 2 years working out 5 days/week without breaks. Now I am back. I started FB Sweat 5 days ago. Surprisingly, I feel my strength, endurance and everything are almost similar than when I started exercising 2 years ago. I even look quite similar… Very frustrating how quick you can lose everything you have been working so hard to achieve!
For those who were in the same situation, how long does it take to get fitness again?
