Friday Motivation

Try to focus less on the end result, and more on the actions that you are responsible for…

What do we mean by this? Well, we are all different. Our bodies respond differently to different things, and our perception and relationship with our bodies, exercise, and food are complex.

Expecting quick fixes or setting unrealistic goals or focusing too much on an end result can be detrimental to your fitness journey.

Instead, if you focus on setting small, realistic goals (by breaking down larger goals into smaller, more attainable goals), you may find that reaching these incremental goals will serve as motivation to keep pushing yourself to your larger goals.

Our goal for today - showing up and doing our best!

So, what workouts do you have planned for today (or have finished)? What nutritious foods are you using to fuel your bodies?
