Bad eating day

Today PMS hit me real hard and I have/had a really bad eating day. I know it is ok and will not harm my progress but still frustrating.

I ate some cookies for breakfast because I was too lazy to make me my morning smoothie.

For lunch I ate a frozen pizza and added some cheese on the top, because there can never be enough cheese.

And now I am eating potato chips and drinking my Coke Zero (at least).

In between there was some chocolate with 70% cocoa.

Tomorrow I will cook some soup to recover from today.😆😆
