Strong & Lean Challenge Complete

The title says it all... I've finished the Strong and Lean Challenge and I can already tell that I am feeling stronger & more motivated to get back to my normal routine. I am feeling much better and though I can not see much of a difference in my body in just five days, my endurance has definetely improved. I showed up to all workouts throughout the five days and pushed myself as much as I could (sticked to the easier versions most of the time during the first HIIT session on the first day and then did the harder versions mostly) I was at least a little sore after each day, which means that my whole body has been worked over in five days. I will rest throughout the weekend and start the next week "nice & strong" with another one of their challenges. Stay motivated guys! Stick to showing up to your workouts because it does get easier and more satisfying, I promise.
