5 minute butt/thigh workouts!!

So there are about three of these 5 minute butt and thigh workouts - the format is the same (6 different exercises, 40 seconds on, 5 seconds rest) and they are the HARDEST THING to do!! I will often tack one on if I have done a relatively short routine (30 minutes or so) and I have never yet managed to complete all the intervals without stopping for an extra break! I think it's because of the short 5 second breaks - they really feel like no break at all. Anyone else struggle with these?
