Recovery cardio and 5k run.... oh and funny mode?!!

After spending the better part of yesterday in the car, I really fancied getting back into FB low impact today. It was a recovery cardio workout and a 10 min abs workout today! I used ankle weights for the cardio workout and then decided I fancied hulahooping.... so I did that for 10 mins instead of the planned abs.

A friend had asked me to go for an evening run with her. So tonight we ran for a bit more than 5k, along the seafront, chatting happily all the time. My husband came along as well. My friend then decided to teach me how to use the photo timer on my phone.... as I needed the practice, we took loads, getting more silly every time!

What a great way to spend a wonderfully warm evening!
