Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

We had another pretty sunset here last night! It's been nice to have several days in a row of sunshine and warmer weather. It always makes for nice sunsets/sunrises.

How are you all feeling after your workouts yesterday? Feeling ready for today's workouts?

I hope so!

The abs and HIIT workout I had yesterday really was a toughie. I mean, 4 intervals of thigh slap burpees?!😱 Now that's just cruel! haha. But that's ok, we're onto today now!

I've got an upper body/cardio combo scheduled, and I think I'll take it a bit easy on the cardio part. Upper body: yes! Cardio after yesterday's HIIT: not so much. 😆

What about you guys? What workouts do you have scheduled for today?

And how bout some #eatrealfood to fuel up after all these tough workouts?

I'm gonna make a spring chicken soup. Basically chicken soup with spring veggies and lemon. I'm excited for that!
