5:2 "diet"

Hey FB family,

lately I read an article about the 5:2 diet. Means to eat 500 kcal a day on 2 days per week. It said that it's good for weigth loss, blood pressure and other stuff. Tried it yesterday and felt not bad. It was more the habit of eating which I missed than being really hungry. I did a light Yoga/stretching routine in the morning that was all. And even today I was not hungry in the morning, but I will eat normal today because I think it can't be healthy to do this longer than a day in a row... But I'm not an expert and want to know if someone has tried it for a longer time? Or what experiences (good/bad) you made with it.
