40s & weight loss

I'm in my second round of ABS 2 (week 7) and have been really consistent with my workouts - more than I had anticipated. My energy level is fantastic and I'm motivated to work out daily.

But... I'm not finding a lot of weight loss. At most 1-2 pounds. I hear weight loss is harder when you are older, but this feels really slow. Thinking I should bump up the intensity of cardio/HIIT. Any thoughts about a next program? Sweat? Burn? FB30?
