Healthy Eating Challenge Round 3 - Day 12

Hello everyone!

Spring has finally come here, in the form of wild asparagus! Sure, there were flowers before, but when you find asparagus in the fields, that means winter is definitely over :)

Guess what I had for lunch? Asparagus frittata, of course! Actually, I baked it, so it would be healthier, and it was sooo good :) More fluffy (or is it fluffier?) than your usual one, and so much flavour... I'm quite proud of myself :) I also ate some bread (*.*), courgette and onions soup and a fennel salad.

I'm still not sure about dinner. If something inspires me at the butcher's, I might go for grilled steak, let's see. Another salad wouldn't be amiss, and some mango for dessert (at last it's ripe!).
