JUMP! An FB Community Challenge Idea

Hello FB Fam! ..So, I'll get right to it; As the title implies, I'm pitching a new idea for a community workout challenge! What do you guys think about a challenge centered around Jump Rope as the starring theme?

The idea would be to get the 5 day Challenge started on Monday, April, 1st. FB has a good amount of videos where I can have some different 5 day schedules and a 6th day recovery/stretching video options put together to vote on by Thursday-ish.. So now is the time to request a jump rope video you'd like to see in the challenge!

Now, let's talk a little bit about Jump Rope; Did you know with just 10 minutes of jump rope it burns the same amount of calories as doing 30 minutes of jogging? Aside from that calorie burning powerhouse plus, it's an amazing way to challenge coordination and get some total body toning benefits and a sweet metabolism boost! How awesome, right? Oh and if you want in on the party, but don't have a jump rope, no worries! Everyone's invited because you can totally do these jump rope videos without a jump rope! You can simply pretend you have one, going through the motions and still join in on the fun! Bad dancing is always a good option to do during those jump rope intervals😜
