HKS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP MARCH 26

Good morning!

Low Impact Day 19 today. This was a lower body nightmare, with a series of weighted squats and jump squats in between! I didn't jump, to preserve our good relationship with the downstairs neighbour, lol.

Unfortunately, this old knee injury really took hold of the last few exercises, and I had to limit the range of motion and abandon the weights until we got to the floor portion.

Tonight is walking again, and probably Reach Day 19. I did manage to make my 8k steps goal yesterday, which I was so excited about! Let's do it again today (hopefully?)!
