How are you all doing today?

I've got a super busy day here! But it's a good kind of busy, so I don't mind so much.

How are you feelin after your workouts yesterday?

Hopefully pretty good!

I'm a bit sore from my lower body workout! I've been gradually increasing my weights lately (by like, 2.5 lbs) and whoo! I can definitely feel it. Amazing how even the slightest weight increase can change everything.

How 'bout some workouts for today, Fellow Blenders? Are you working out, or are you resting?

I've got a bored easily upper body routine with Kelli today! You know it's gonna be a good day when you get to do upper body work.😉

And what about some good food goin on today?

It's a special day for my Hubby (who's back to doing the Low Impact program again, btw. He felt he tweaked his knee, and wanted to kind of 'start over' with the LI program. Makes me happy that he is listening to his body!). So anyway, I'm gonna make his favorite meal: spaghetti and meatballs! That'll be a nice way to celebrate today!
