Knowing when to take a break

Today I was about to start a new program. I have been tired today and I pressed play and I got through the warm up and then started the main part and had to stop. I was in pain. My abdominal wall felt strained when I did a broad jump. That told me right there. I sat down and rescheduled my program to next week. I have been on a FB program for a year now. It's time for a break. I'll be back next Monday hoping my abdomen is healed. I do yoga so I will keep that up daily. Have a great week everyone!!
