Healthy Eating Challenge Round 3 - Day 11

Hello everyone!

How are you? How was your week-end? I hope you had fun :)

I'm ready for a new week, and I kickstarted it with a great low impact HIIT and strength work-out, and a killer extra credit pilates [no pauses, Kelli? Why?!]. I'm slowly getting better, yay!

Food wise, I had lunch on the go with this incredibly delicious sandwich with gorgonzola, fennels and mixed leafy greens. What can I say? I love cheese! Dinner will be baked fish, broccoli and green onions. I might also toss a salad again, with lettuce, apples and walnuts :) Oh, and my aunt brought cookies, so I'm having a couple with plain yoghurt for snack *.*
