HKS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP MARCH 25

Good morning!

I am back and feeling great! I just finished Day 18 for Low Impact; it feels nice to be moving again.

Yesterday was the last day of my mini-hiatus. The weekend was full of "food debauchery" - Saturday and Sunday were both birthday dinners with special people. I fully expected to have a couple lbs weight gain, but I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see that I had managed to maintain, even though I hadn't worked out for 3 days and didn't track my food.

I do have a new plan in action this week - we are going to start incorporating walking in the evening... I'd like to get a half an hour in per day, in the evenings. Mum still wants to exercise too, so for three days it'll be LI, Reach and walking. Then the rest of the week I'm still trying to sort out, as Wednesday and Friday I am with my currently inactive partner (while his foot heals), but I'll figure something out! Maybe I'll park around the back of the building, but still go through the front door.
