Low Impact Fat Loss Day 1

Hello! I'm new to the community but not to Fb. I am just now getting started again; and since it's been a long while I decided to do the low impact program. I have gone from super active to sedentary and now want to get back on track. I used to want to see my weight and or inches decrease; but since becoming hypothyroid it takes forever. That's how I ended up sedentary; not seeing progress. Now my goal is just to be able to move and do things. If inches and weight loss is an outcome then I'll take it. It's taken me a long time to have that change in mindset.
