#workoutcomplete after a week off!

I love Kelli’s latest low impact workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fat-burning-cardio-workout-with-relaxing-cool-down-low-impact-cardio-modifications)! I was not really motivated to work out today—not to mention I’m sluggish from having skipped workout for *one whole week* (probably unthinkable for most of you here?)—but the thought of a short relaxing workout with lots of stretching and easily modifiable moves made me go anyway during my lunch break. I’m glad I did! ❤️

(Also, this counts a “recovery workout” for many people, but I sweat & panted like crazy doing it? I don’t mind, though!)
