Strong and Lean Challenge

After two weeks of no/light exercise due to travelling and sickness, I am finally going back to my normal routine with FB 5 Day Challenge : Strong & Lean. I hope I will not feel like a total beginner again. I will do my best to go through the whole week nice & strong and then move on to another challenge. I feel like it is really helpful to follow a structured program in order to ease my way back into working out. Other times I like the flexibility & freedom that building my own workout plan provides.
