Needing support and maybe something funny

Hi all,

As the title implies, I am in desperate need of some hopeful advice or just something to make me laugh.

My knees, mostly above near the quad tendon but also just around the knee, have flared up to the point where subtle movements like walking make them ache. After having been doing so well in therapy, relapsing like this has gotten me a bit depressed to say the least. I can't stop crying thinking this will never end, which sounds dumb because I have to believe that recovery is a longer process than I imagined, but it still is hard not to feel like crap when a year ago I was completing 5 HIIT with ease and now can't even walk without my knees hurting.

I'm tired of this and of crying like a baby.

Anyone have any happy recovery stories or just some plain funny story I can laugh at?

Sorry to come here with such negativity. I just feel like I needed some support and distraction but don't wanna leave the house...
