Small victory!

Its Friday. It's been a long week. Past Alicia would throw in the towel on eating healthy at this point. BUT I didn't! I really wanted pizza and wings so I went to the store and found a fancy vegan pizza with veggie and whole grain crust instead! I knew I'd be mad at myself for basically ruining all the progress I made this week if I took the easy road and got pizza out. Also, I know we are having a big weekend breakfast tomorrow and I wanted to enjoy that more than I wanted pizza! I'm proud of myself! Coffee out is one of my bad habits too. I'm making progress on that front as well. I've gotten it once this week instead of 3 times like normal!
