Family affair

I have family in town but wanted to make sure my workout complete screens in. So instead on missing out on family time I asked if they wanted to join me! It was my sister-in-law who has pretty bad back and hip problems, my mom who's turning 60 soon and my cute niece and nephew who are 11 and 9. We did the new 35min pilates workout for butt and thighs and it was perfect! It was mellow enough for my sister in law and the mom and kids but with weights challenging enough for me! It is so exciting to see my family joining in on trying to be healthy and fit! It was also fun to see my 9yr old nephew realize that even though leg lifts look easy they actually do burn haha 😂! Knowing I have limited days to get my sweat on this week I snuck in a upper body workout too and man my body is sore all over today! Thanks for the workout complete screens so far this week Kelly! You really help make my weeks better and my buddy stronger! 🏋️‍♀️💪 ❤
