HKS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP MARCH 21

Good morning!

I am back after a hiatus yesterday! Yesterday and today are both pretty similar... Yesterday I "slept in" and the scheduled workout is 42 minutes long, which is very intimidating in an already crunched up morning... I'm still fighting off some fatigue, so I didn't work out. I did try to eat as healthy as possible, make good dinner choices, etc.

Today was the same... I slept in so late again and still facing this extra long workout that I don't want to reschedule a second time!

So, off I go to do some cardio!
