FB Low Impact Day 19 complete - and JUMPING! Woop!

Got the okay from my surgeon to jump again!! I have to wear the MOST supportive bra I can get my hands on, and the ones I have at the moment are just about okay, but I'll go next week and find some even better ones.

I just did jumping for the first time since the New Year - never worked so hard on my jump squat form haha.

Feeling really accomplished and I can't wait to finish the Low Impact Programme so I can start one of my other favourites. I'm thinking....FB Sweat as I didn't do more than 10 days of it last year before spraining an ankle! Won't make that mistake again.

p,s. i REALLY did not want to work out today. But I did and I feel amazing.
