Exercising and scoliosis

Hello!

I have a question related to fitness and scoliosis (or any "pain-in-the-back-condition").

Should people who have scoliosis workout intensely? I mean, do strength training, serious cardio or HIIT? Do you have any suggestions on what type of training is best in this case?

Personally, I find it helpful, but yes, there are some routines that I struggle to finish (or even start, to be honest) due to my back pain. Should I push through the pain in order to improve my back muscles or not? *Should I stay or should I go by The Clash playing in the background*
