Can i lose weight and get a booty at the same time?

hey guys so i haven't been active for a long time. 2 months ago i decide to slowly get into fitness. I started with low impact workouts and i've been doing them for 4-5 weeks. I think i am ready to move on the next step.

But i am stuck at what workout program should i do.

I want to lose some core fat (even tho my weight is pretty normal), tone up and get a bigger booty.

Should i do FBabs and FBbooty? Can i lose belly fat and get a bigger butt at the same time? Please recommend me something
