What do you do when you have a cold?

Hey blenders! I'm currently struggling with a cold right now; not the worst I've ever had but annoying nonetheless, especially because it's my birthday on Friday and I always seem to be ill on my birthday! :(

I stopped doing workouts but I feel incredibly lazy and am craving my workout completes. I'm aware that I can't continue with my usual schedule but what do you think about some recovery cardio? If not then yoga or stretching? Everyone always says to just rest when you're ill.

Would love to know if you guys have been in a similar position and what advice you can give.
